Its with both of the Stations the Enclave and the GNR station when they talk its crisp clear but when each of either stations its choppy but like if i turn on the juke box in my house its fine. Here is my full stats

And i have the lastest Graphics driver and i got my sound driver off of my cd and if i update it off the internet it sounds different and i don’t like it

Oh yea i did that stupid quest too. IF i didn’t do the quest the radio in my suite Tenpenny tower wouldn’t work so…
When i went to Windows 7 it is choppy but when i was on xp it was perfect and i hadnt upgrade it in a while and i know my pc isnt great but xp to 7 i think its the problem how do i fix it
