Its with both of the Stations the Enclave and the GNR station when they talk its crisp clear but when each of either stations its choppy but like if i turn on the juke box in my house its fine. Here is my full stats
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit (6.1, Build 7600) (7600.win7_gdr.091207-1941)
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT (INSTALLED DRIVER 197.45 FROM NVIDIA SCAN)
Sound Card: Speakers (Creative SB Audigy 2 ZS (WDM))
Hard Drive: Main HDD 250 GB/ External HDD 1 TB
Memory: 3072MB RAM
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+ (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Speakers/Headphones: Creative/Plantronics
And i have the lastest Graphics driver and i got my sound driver off of my cd and if i update it off the internet it sounds different and i don’t like it

Oh yea i did that stupid quest too. IF i didn’t do the quest the radio in my suite Tenpenny tower wouldn’t work so…
When i went to Windows 7 it is choppy but when i was on xp it was perfect and i hadnt upgrade it in a while and i know my pc isnt great but xp to 7 i think its the problem how do i fix it
